Hi Fellow Cinder Devs,
Bluecadet is looking for a tech lead at our Philly office; someone who can juggle both creative engineering and team leadership. The majority of your projects will be permanent exhibits for museums and other cultural institutions (like the Smithsonian, NASA, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the past).
In this role, you’ll be leading a small team of passionate devs and collaborate directly with other project leads, stakeholders and clients.
We primarily work in Cinder, but depending on the job will use Unity or JS with a recent sprinkle of TouchDesigner. We build our experiences for screens, projections and other weird interfaces, so besides software, you’ll be responsible for researching, prototyping with, specifying and putting together hardware for permanent exhibits together with our AV partners.
This role is for our Philly office in Fishtown, with a big production space that can house most of our live exhibit hardware, has a big photo studio and lots of comfy nooks and crannies.
