Establish client TCP connection for cinder

Hi all,

I am new here. I want to establish the TCP client application to the server to receive the array on Windows 7 OS. I have checked this link but it is so confusing for me. Can anyone help here? I am using c++ language.

Have you been able to successfully compile and run the TcpServer and TcpClient samples?
